1 week, 1 day ago 3_Partial service disruption ISSUE DETECTED: We’ve identified an issue where, in some cases, answers are being transferred between consecutive questions of the same type in Routing forms. For consecutive single-select questions, this will only occur when all questions share the same answer. For consecutive multi-select questions, the answer to the first question will be transferred to the next question, even if the answer isn't shared between the questions. To avoid this issue, please set each of the consecutive questions to use the 'List options' Question Style instead of 'Quick options' in the question settings shown in the right-hand sidebar after selecting a question. Our team is actively working to resolve this and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
1 month ago 1_Operational INCIDENT RESOLVED: We experienced a service disruption where all customer-facing services, including the Routing form, were not loading. The issue lasted for approximately 30 minutes. Our Development team identified the root cause and has fixed it. All services are now fully operational. 3 months ago 1_Operational INCIDENT RESOLVED — 12:52 AM to 1:02 AM Wednesday, Eastern Time: We experienced a brief issue where messages were intermittently failing to send on the Chatbots, and some Users may have been unable to proceed beyond the initial interaction. Our team quickly investigated and resolved the problem. The disruption lasted for approximately 10 minutes, and all systems are now functioning normally.
